What do dragons, chocolate, stickers, Hiccstrid, music, gluten, WiFi, Narnia, ice cream, chickadees, ladybugs, puppies, and Race to the Edge all have in common?

They’re all things I obsessively love!

I’m one of those homeschooled freaks who still likes classical music and Veggie Tales. I love to laugh and make stupid jokes to help other people laugh too. I am incredibly absentminded and ridiculously introverted. I have very few friends, so my fandoms keep me company. My favorite movie series is an animated, PG, cartoon, kids’ series about dragons. Dragons, for Thor’s sake! But I love How to Train Your Dragon with all my heart and I don’t care how stupid it sounds.

I ship Hiccstrid like crazy and fangirl over Toothless even crazier. Race to the Edge pretty much rules my life—so yes, I’m an all-out Dragonite.

I’m a pretty horrible author (hence the lack of fanfics on my profile) but I have headcanons and theories in abundance. Maybe someday they will materialize into story form. *insert evil laugh here*

Some of those really great quotes from books and movies that you are almost positive were put there for the sole purpose of having fangirls post them on their profiles:

“No cause is lost, if there is but one fool left to fight for it." ~Will Turner, At World’s End

"Quitting, as good as it feels and as little effort as it requires, never works." ~Snotlout Jorgenson, Chain of Command

"I'm on Aslan's side even if there isn't any Aslan to lead it. I'm going to live as like a Narnian as I can even if there isn't any Narnia." ~Puddleglum, The Silver Chair

"Then what shall we die for? Now you will listen to me. Listen! The Brethren will still be looking here, to us, to the Black Pearl to lead. And what will they see? Frightened bilge rats aboard a derelict ship? No. No, they will see free men! And freedom! And what the enemy will see is the flash of our cannons. They will hear the ring of our swords, and they will know what we can do! By the sweat of our brows, and the strength of our backs, and the courage of our hearts! Gentlemen! Hoist the colors!" ~Elizabeth Swann, At World's End

"I am a mouse. You...you’re a dragon! You’ve got skin like chain mail. You breathe fire! Come on, let’s meet our destiny!" ~Reepicheep, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

"A family isn't just something you're born into. It's also the friends who stood with you. The ones who fought by your side. You know that you'll be there for them, and they'll be there for you, for the battles that are yet to come." ~Hiccup Haddock, We Are Family Part 2

"Do not dare not to dare." ~Aslan, The Horse and His Boy

"All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us." ~Gandalf, The Fellowship of the Ring

"You doubt your value. Don’t run from who you are." ~Aslan, The Vouage of the Dawn Treader

"I was so afraid of becoming my dad, mostly because I thought I never could. How do you become someone that great, that brave, that selfless? I guess you can only try." ~Hiccup Haddock, How to Train Your Dragon 2

"To defeat the darkness out there, you must defeat the darkness inside yourself." ~Coriakin, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

"Listen, there's a time to be brave, and a time to be timid. This is a time to be brave." ~Chuck Bartowski, Chuck Versus Santa Claus

"Having courage isn't the same as having no fear. It's being afraid and pushing forward anyway, whether than means saving a baby dragon, protecting those you love, or giving a special someone the butt kicking they so richly deserve." ~Hiccup Haddock, Gem of a Different Color

"We have nothing, if not belief." ~Reepicheep, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

"They say there are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn't true; the other is to refuse to believe what is." ~Viggo Grimborn, Maces and Talons Part 1

"A wise man always treats a stranger with respect, for he could be looking on the face of an enemy." ~Ty Bennett, Chuck Versus the Sensei

This is Berk. It's twelve days north of hopeless and a few degrees south of freezing to death. It's located solidly on the Meridian of Misery. My village. In a word: sturdy. It's been here for seven generations, but every single building is new. We have fishing, hunting, and a charming view of the sunsets. The only problems are the pests. You see, where most people have mice or mosquitoes, we have...DRAGONS!!! ~Beginning of How to Train Your Dragon

This is Berk. It snows nine months of the year and hails the other three. Any food that grows here is tough and tasteless. The people that grow here are even more so. The only upsides are the pets. Well, other places have ponies or parrots, but we have...DRAGONS!!! ~End of How to Train Your Dragon

This is Berk, boasting the kind of balmy, fun-in-the-sun climate that will give you frostbite on your spleen. The one upside is our annual holiday. We call it Snoggletog. Why we chose such a stupid name remains a mystery. But with the war long over, and dragons living among us, this year's Snoggletog promises to be one to remember. ~Beginning of Gift of the Night Fury

This is Berk. For generations, it was Viking against dragon. The battles were ferocious...then one day, everything changed. I met Toothless, and together we've shown people here that instead of fighting dragons, we can ride them...live with them, even train them. ~Beginning of Riders of Berk (more specifically, How to Start a Dragon Academy)

This is Berk. We've got ice, we've got snow... and we've got more ice. But we've also got dragons. We train them, learn from them, protect them, and they protect us...sometimes from ourselves. One thing's for sure: we wouldn't trade this for anything. Would you? ~End of Defenders of Berk (more specifically, Cast Out Part 2)

This is Berk. This is Berk, too. And so is this! And this also. Yeah, it's been three whole years since the war with the Berserkers. And Berk has changed a lot. But then again, so have we. ~Beginning of Race to the Edge (more specifically, Dragon Eye of the Beholder Part 1)

This is Berk, the best-kept secret this side of...well...anywhere. Granted, it may not look like much, but this wet heap of rock packs more than a few surprises. Life here is amazing, just...not for the faint of heart. You see, where most folks enjoy hobbies like whittling or needlepoint, we Berkians prefer...a little something we like to call...DRAGON RACING!!! ~Beginning of How to Train Your Dragon 2

This is Berk, a bit trampled and busted and covered in ice, but it's home. It's our home. Those who attacked us are relentless, and crazy, but those who stopped them? Oh, even more so. We may be small in numbers, but we stand for something bigger than anything the world can pit against us. We are the voice of peace, and bit by bit, we will change this world. You see, we have something they don't. Oh sure, they have armies, and they have armadas, but we...we have...OUR DRAGONS!!! ~End of How to Train Your Dragon 2
