Morning Light
Thomas was bitten by a vampire, but the venom did not affect him as it did other humans. It was painful, immensely so, but his body rejected the venom resulting in him not totally becoming a vampire. Instead, he is a monster. Where vampires are beautiful, the venom left him disfigured and constantly in agony. In vengeance, he goes forth to hunt the creatures that took everything.
