A few things about me:

I'm 16, in my second-to-last year at a boring as hell upperclass boarding school, and live in England in a tiny town no one's ever heard of. I like learning other languages, and I know French and Spanish, and am learning Japanese. Latin sucks, but it's mandatory at my school. I like football (that's soccer for all you Yanks), and hate high society in general.

My stories:

The Lines are Blurred:
A set of drabbles that I'll post as they come to me. My own rather philosophical commentary on the nature of good and evil in Harry Potter, and some different perspectives. Because the world isn't made of clear-cut lines and black and white, it's all grey and blurs.

Start Over:
Features my OOCs, Lydia, Leon, and Emma, who are a year behind the Golden Trio at school, so it's set during Chamber of Secrets. No, they don't make friends with Harry Potter and come along on every adventure...in fact, many canon events are like "well, I heard from _ that..." This is their first year, so it's not gonna have much romance or serious political/war issues. Those'll come later. Rather, it's about two purebloods and a muggle-born re-forming their identities in a new location.

Note: if any of my OOCs EVER seem like Mary-Sues, please just shoot me. I hate Mary-Sues with a passion, and while I realize the therapeutic effects a perfect doppelganger can have on an insecure person...it's annoying. PLEASE never let me become like that.

Updates will be rather unpredictable. Sorry, luv, but my life's busy.

Rant of the day/week/month/etc: CHATSPEAK 5/16/07
I'll admit it: I love chatspeak. Because really, when you're talking to your friend on MSN, there's no need for spelling and grammar. u cn talk lyk ths if u want lolz because the other person/people understand you, and when they respond roflmao_ they (hopefully) understand you too. Quite frankly, if they don't, then they live under a rock in Antarctica.
So chatspeak is all well and good--in a chat or IM. Stories are different. Because--and get this through your head, fucktard--no one wants to read then ginny was lyke 'omg i luv u harry' n harry wuz lyke 'i luv u too ginny lolz' n they kissd n lived haply evr aftr lol XP. And that's one of the better examples (scary, eh?). If you're old enough to be on this site, then you've obviously graduated grade school, so start acting like it and write in full, properly structured sentences with good spelling. Think of it like a creative writing assignment--would you give your teacher a paper like that? No? Then don't give us one, because we sure as hell don't want to read it.
And those idiots who review such a horrid story with "it wuz so gud rite more plz lolz XD" are dumbfucks who are no better than you.
