Heyla!

I never know what to put on these things but welcome to my bit of completely useless information about myself. Hailing from West Yorkshire in the North of England in a tiny place called Mirfield I live with my parents and 2 black and white cats. I'm 4' 11" (same height as Edward Elric!!! Yay!!) my extremely longhair is currently a delightful bright red but does tend to change and for a 32 year old I sooo do not act or look my age!

I'm a HUGE fan of the following:-

Full Metal Alchemist (my current obsession)

Stargate SG1 and Atlantis

Battlestar Galactica (both series')

Loving Claymore too...

I love fantasy and most science fiction (I go to Stargate con's for goodness sake they're hilarious) and I love writing and languages, not that I can speak any other than the Queen's English. I'm currently attempting to write 3 stories one Stargate, one Naruto and one FMA so watch this space (the plot bunnies won't leave me alone AAAARRGGGHH!) I'm also currently beta-reading for a couple of authors on this site and am quite willing to take on more if anyone does need a beta so don't be shy about e-mailing me; I'm not always the fastest to update and send back though due to evening commitments but they're usually done in a week or two.

Check out my favourite fics but beware I have a very diverse interest and taste.

I don't like authors who update or include pairings simply because the reviewers are badgering them into it (take note people, speed writing is crap writing in most cases) but I do forgive bad writing if the ideas are good and original. My absolute favourite stories are Two Halves by DameWren who has sadly decided to quit writing Naruto but for very very good reasons, Bound to Eternity by Valakun this is a many times cross over fic and I go all silly when I find it's been updated grin; Full Circle and the Perfect at Last stories by Jaya Mitai who has managed to create a brilliant continuation from the FMA series and Film without putting pointless romance into it. As for the romance, I've slowly been corrupted into EdxRoy but I do tend to be fairly choosy. The best one I've read and I love the author to bits (go read her stories now, they're AMAZING) she's so frendly and puts up with my waffling is 'Returning Echoes' by Silkendreammaid
