2 A Knight's Tale This short story is offered as a humble and loving homage to elizasky's Carl and Shirley, seen most recently in 'The Happiness We Must Win', and imagines a scenario whereby the two characters do not meet until after the war when they become roommates at Redmond. It started life as a pastiche PM but wanted to be something more serious. Dedicated to elizasky and her two 'boys'.
